Each restful pose is held for five minutes to help you relax deeply into your body. Begin by calming the mind with alternate nostril breathing, then a gentle stretch for the spine. Move through a variety of supportive and deeply therapeutic postures including, Fish, Forward Fold, and Pigeon Pose. Finish with a five-minute Savasana.
