A Pilates fusion class that focuses on strengthening your lower body with both Pilates and yoga moves that test your balance and core stability while also stretching each muscle. This practice incorporates Bridge, single-kneeling exercises on all fours, and active stretching with yoga-inspired poses. This class was previously streamed on May 17, 2021. Props Suggested: 2-3 lb. ankle weights, a resistance band.
