Welcome to week one of our five-week Pilates Fusion series that teaches skills and exercises to help you develop a solid foundation for your practice. This week’s class is a slow-paced mat workout that will help build core and leg strength. Key exercises include Toe-Taps, a side-lying glute series, Roll-Ups and Roll-Downs, and Plank. This class was previously streamed on June 1, 2021. Props Required: A chair. Props Suggested: Towel or gliders.
