Enjoy this gentle first-trimester Prenatal Fusion class to move, stretch, and tone your body. This unconventional Pilates/yoga/Barre sequence includes Down Dog with leg work plus Arabesque and Bridge exercises, then finish with a sweet stretch. You have the option to add 1-3. lb. ankle weights to boost the intensity.
