This sweaty series builds strength, balance, and cardiovascular stamina using Pilates-inspired high-intensity intervals. Begin with a standing warm-up including Lunges, Rows, and Plank holds. Then work your biceps, triceps, and entire core with a variety of curls, raises, and Hollow Holds with optional hand weights. This class was previously streamed on July 6, 2021.
