This breath-infused Barre class promotes balance and presence and is great for beginners. The routine includes full body movement with Plies, Wide Second, Leg Lift, Hamstring Curl, and seated and standing stretches. Move through a sequence focusing on extension through gentle variations. Required Props: 1 barre or chair. Suggested Props: 1-3 lb. hand weights. This class previously aired on August 17, 2021.
