This challenging cardio class uses four high-intensity circuits to activate your core while maximizing stamina and strength. Exercises include Plank and Side Plank, Standing Bicycles, and Jumping Jacks. Each circuit progresses in intensity, beginning with 20 seconds on followed by ten seconds of recovery, ending with 40 seconds on and 20 seconds off.
