This foundational Pilates class covers all bases strengthening your core and legs to energize your entire body. Challenging yet mild, this sequence moves through classic exercises like Hundreds, Single Leg Stretch, Teaser, and a side lying leg series. This class was previously aired on September 15, 2021.
