This class improves fitness holistically, working your whole body with fast-paced HIIT intervals while using meditative techniques to build your self-worth. Get moving with four sets with Jumping Jacks, Lateral Lunges, Squats, Burpees, Bear Plank, and Scissor switching between 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off and 30 seconds on, 15 seconds off.
