Prepare your lower body for a proper burn! This Barre class works your muscles to the fullest, strengthening and toning your legs with intention. Work through a challenging standing glute series that keeps your core activated, then a Bridge series for your inner and outer thighs. This class was previously aired on May 30, 2022. Props Required: a chair. Props Suggested: 1 small stability ball, 1 resistance loop, and ankle weights.
