Introduce yourself to “center” exercises, using a barre to find balance and strength through a challenging, classical ballet routine. With encouragement to take it at your own pace — and have fun — this sequence moves briskly through Pliés, Tendus, Ron de Jamb, Sous-sus, and more, with added turns and moves throughout.
