This effective practice blends gentle movement with breathwork to enhance your sense of calm and clarity. Move slowly through Lunges and Half Split, then practice Bhramari Pranayama (Bee Breath) and Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breath), followed by Figure Four, a supine twist, and Savasana.
