This Barre class targets your lower body and core by activating muscles with high reps. You’ll increase your endurance while strengthening smaller muscles that assist in balancing your body. Challenge yourself through Bridge pulses and leg work with a band, cross-body core moves, and Single-Leg Lifts on a block. This class previously aired on November 29, 2022.
