Familiarize yourself with the principles of Vinyasa — tempo, Ujjayi breathing, and Sun Salutations — to better understand and build a sustainable flow-based practice. After going over pose foundations and introducing breathwork, put everything together in a full-body strength-building flow with Lunges, Chaturanga, Warrior II, Side Angle, and Plank.
