This Hatha practice prepares your shoulders and hips to lift off with control into Headstand. Begin in Virasana with shoulder work, then move steadily through Crescent Lunge, Kneeling Extended Side Angle, Forearm Plank, and Rabbit Pose to peak with strength in Sirsasana (Headstand).
