Fun yet challenging, this class activates your entire body with compound exercises for a nonstop burn. Expect Barre exercises with advanced Strength work to tone your muscles and test your power. Start with a Barre warm-up, then sweat through Plié variations, a lateral leg series with arm movements, an outer thigh and hamstring series with a band, and an all-out arm series with weights and Push Ups.
