It's All About the Back - Preview

Target your posterior chain (your glutes, hamstrings, lower back, and upper back), a group of muscles not typically strengthened in a yoga practice. You'll work your upper back with long holds in cobra, activate your glutes with warrior III squats, and challenge your stamina with single-arm pushups. This class is all about building that slow burn to improve your posture and longevity. Props Needed: A strap and a block.
