This is the perfect complete practice for beginners. In fact, it is the sequence that I most commonly teach my newer students. It includes reclined hamstring and hip openers, beginner-friendly sun salutations, standing poses, twists and backbends. (This sequence incorporates 2 blocks and a belt--or adequate substitute)
