Not all chair yoga is created equal. It's possible to get an advanced, dynamic practice using a chair. Gain support as you open your whole body in poses like wide-legged forward bend, twisted lunge, shoulder stand, wheel, viparita dandasana, and viparita karnapidasana. Props Needed: A chair, a blanket, a block, a strap, and a bolster.
