This hip series aims to tone all parts of your glutes and loosen tight hips. Warm-up with high knees then alternate between dynamic strength work and satisfying stretches, including supine plies and forearm planks with leg walks. The perfect compliment to your cycling or running routine, this class will challenge your stamina, then slow it down for a nice, long stretch at the end.
