Being fierce means facing your fears and following your soul unapologetically. Begin by centering yourself with two-part conscious breathing and ujjayi breathing, then lay on your back for some core work. Build heat with a variation of surya namaskar B featuring warrior 2, triangle, and wide-legged forward fold before relaxing into pigeon pose, a spinal twist, and savasana.
