Recline and Reboot - Preview

This deeply restorative class is practiced entirely at the wall for the ultimate support. Stay present with your breathing as you relax into reclined postures like half baddha konasana, a full straddle with legs up the wall, a wall-supported version of thread the needle, and a spinal twist. Props Needed: Wall space. Props Suggested: A blanket and a strap.
