Achy Low Back - Preview

Give your low back a break with a slow and gentle flow that avoids placing demands on the spine. Full of mellow lower body stretches, twists, and folds, you'll get just enough movement to ease stiffness with plenty of room to modify and adjust. Props Suggested: Two blocks, a bolster, and a blanket.
