This sequence of challenging strength and stretch work is specifically designed with the dancer in mind. Start by building up a sweat with a series including plank work and boomerang, then target commonly overused muscles with dynamic stretching and rolling out with your ball. Props Needed: A therapy ball (or tennis/lacrosse ball).
