Basic Beginner Flow 2.0 - Preview

In the first part of this series, you learned what a vinyasa is and practiced surya namaskar A. This class will provide a little recap, then move on to surya namaskar B and a couple more basic standing poses. You'll gain some more vinyasa experience as you feel how one pose flows into the next.
