The bandhas are energetic locks that help direct the flow of energy in your body. This class will introduce Mula bandha (root lock), Uddiyana bandha (diaphragm lock), and Jalandhara bandha (neck lock), three essential techniques that are used throughout many Kundalini practices.

Tap into multiple dimensions of the spine as you move energy throughout your body and invite a feeling of rejuvenation and calm. Discover the power of rocking, twisting, and pulling exercises in this basic spinal series. Props Suggested: A few blankets.

This beautiful kriya will activate your core muscles and stir up inner strength. Begin with cat/cow and breath of fire in staff pose, then build energy at your navel with plank and low boat with more breath of fire before closing with a seated moment of gratitude.

Cross-Heart Kirtan Kriya is the most widely used kriya in Kundalini. Find a comfortable seat to practice this meditation using posture, mudra (hand gestures), and the mantra (chanting) SA TA NA MA. This special formula helps balance the hemispheres of the brain.
