This fun burner of a class torches your arms, glutes, hamstrings, and core with a blend of Pilates and Barre exercises. Challenge your balance, stability, and strength in Roll Down, Wide-Legged Squat with arm variations, Isometric Lunge with arm variations, Leg Raises, Hamstring Curls, and Plank.
