Begin with deep breathing to stoke your inner fire before cultivating flexibility with a water-like flow. Circulate your energy through synchronized breath and movement, and feel grounded and calm for the rest of your day.

Transform fatigue into vibrancy with a restorative sequence practiced lying down. Begin with a warm-up for your legs, neck and shoulders, feeling tension and tightness melt away. Continue to unwind with stretching and self-massage to create a revitalized body and a peaceful mind. Conclude with a seated meditation and enjoy your newfound sense of harmony and ease. Props Suggested: A bolster.
Week 2
Yoga
Build strength and power from your center with a dynamic routine practiced lying on your back. You'll awaken your inner wisdom with invigorating core work, and access the reservoir of energy within. Conclude on your back with full-body breathing, feeling energized, yet peaceful and pleasantly relaxed.
Yoga
Replenish your deep reserves of energy with a revitalizing sequence of breath and movement. Begin by building Qi with deep breathing, then activate that energy with simple, yet potent flowing postures. You'll recharge and renew your body and mind, creating vibrancy you can sustain throughout the day.
Yoga
This last session will integrate the movements you've learned so far into one cohesive and empowering flow. You'll create balanced energy throughout your body, and feel more grounded, centered and tranquil. Conclude lying down to absorb the effects, allowing any tension or tightness to dissolve. These practices are resources you can continue to access anytime you need help getting back in the flow.
