Gently unwind tension in this thoughtful sequence that combines light movement, passive stretching, and myofascial release. It’s an excellent practice to show your mind and body love, and it is especially beneficial on days when you have low energy. Highlights include seated stretches, abdominal release, lower back release, active psoas stretching, and occipital release (an area on the back of your head).
