Week 1

Pilates

Level 1 20 mins

Our first class will lay the groundwork for our practice at a nice, slow pace. We'll cover the basic shapes and movements used in Pilates, including inversions, rolling, and extensions. By the end of class, you'll have a basic feel for a classical Mat Pilates sequence.

Week 2

Pilates

Level 1 20 mins

Building on our first class, let's continue to add new movements to our mat series. Learn the basics of hundreds, explore how to roll in-depth, and try out larger extensions. We'll also practice plank and Pilates pushups with modifications options that are accessible for all levels.

Week 3

Pilates

Level 1 30 mins

Our final class will integrate everything we've learned so far, while picking up the pace just a bit. We'll review the shapes and skills from the first two classes, adding some challenge and complexity to each move. This is a solid beginner's workout that you can repeat to keep getting stronger and more comfortable with the series.
