We’ll use props such as therapy (or tennis) balls, foam rollers, and blocks to apply therapeutic pressure to the muscles and fascia (connective tissues) of the body, helping to restore their natural strength and mobility. Practice these classes regularly to support longevity and ease of movement, or use as needed to relieve areas of tension or discomfort.
