This Pilates program is a 9-day commitment to give your body and mind your undivided attention. Designed with just enough intensity to feel satisfying, each 20-minute class includes a strengthening Pilates series with modifications for all levels, followed by 5 minutes to breathe and center yourself. You’ll work with each major muscle group throughout the 9 days, leaving your whole being feeling balanced and bright.
