Pregnancy asks the body to adapt rapidly — structurally, hormonally, and neurologically — and many expectant mothers want more than gentle stretching; they want to feel strong, supported, and prepared. Preparing for Birth is a progressive prenatal strength series designed to build postural resilience, lower-body endurance, and integrated core and pelvic floor awareness in ways that directly support labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. Through intelligently sequenced, energizing flows appropriate for the second and third trimesters, these practices counteract common postural strain, stabilize the pelvis, strengthen the glutes and legs for the demands of birth, and cultivate deep core coordination to protect the lower back. The outcome is not simply fitness during pregnancy, but embodied confidence — the physical strength, structural support, and mental steadiness that help prepare for labor and the transition into motherhood. Please note: Prenatal yoga is for those who have a low-risk pregnancy and have gotten the green light from a doctor or midwife to practice. The classes in this programs are best suited to the second and third trimesters, when energy is high.
Practice with intention through a structured program that helps you show up for yourself, again and again.
