This class works your entire lower body to help build balance, coordination, and, of course, strength. Strap on ankle weights and enjoy a fusion of barre movements and mindful muscle activation as you sweat through Lunges, Sumo Squats, Pliés, All Fours glute work, side-lying outer thigh exercises, and a Bridge series with a stability ball.
