Amy Rosoff Davis is a celebrity trainer, health, and wellness coach dedicated to helping people become their best self. She believes to achieve one's optimal level of health the body, the mind and soul must work together. For 12 years, Amy studied and competed in dance, then went on to receive a BFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, where she continued dance training with Tai Chi, yoga, and Pilates incorporations. Amy specializes in yoga, ballet-pilates fusion, and HIIT, and spent years training in high-impact aerobics, kickboxing, circuit training, and dance cardio.
