In a steady, challenging series, you’ll power through core-activating exercises with gliders while dissecting each move to better understand your form, awareness, and breathwork. Exercises include Chest Curl, Toe Taps, Hundreds, Reverse Curl, Roll Like A Ball, and many Plank variations.
