This strong, sweaty practice uses weights in familiar postures to build strength in your body and mind. Enjoy a challenge to take chances with new variations that fortify your muscles and bones. Highlights include Lat Pulls, Chair Squats, Parighasana (Gate Pose) variations, Ustrasana (Camel Pose), Sun Salutations, standing postures, Romanian Deadlifts, and Plank variations. Option to work with or without weights; 3lb, 5lb, or 8lb are suggested based on your level.
