The slow-paced sequence includes Supported Fish Pose, Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclined Bound Angle), Seated Forward Fold, Sphinx with a twist variation, and Savasana. Rather than engaging your body, aim to let it rest and soften through passive, supported postures.
