This calming Breathwork class is centered on mindfulness. You’ll practice two simple techniques — Ujjayi Pranayama (Yogic Breath or Ocean Breath) and Sama Vritti (Box Breathing or Equal Breathing) — while emphasizing audible breath as an anchor to focus and steady your mind.
