Traditional Yogic and contemporary techniques to consciously guide the breath for specific outcomes

Breathwork on Glo includes primarily seated and supine practices that use a range of tools—adjusting speed, velocity, duration, and repetition of breath through the nose and mouth. Rooted in the Hatha Yoga tradition, these techniques are designed as targeted interventions to harness focus, boost energy, regulate stress, support sleep, and reset the nervous system. Breathwork is highly accessible (no yoga mat or change of clothes required) and easy to integrate into daily life. Classes can be practiced as a consistent discipline, a quick reset between tasks, or to accompany another movement or meditation practice.
