Enjoy the benefits of Pilates while seated in a chair — no impact included! This practice moves away from the floor to lower the intensity and work slowly, while still delivering a gentle workout. You’ll work the core, find space in the spine, and increase hip mobility while moving through Arm Circles, Spinal Undulation, hip mobility work, Single-Leg Bicycles, and Figure Four (all seated).
