You’ll explore a precise breakdown of forward-bending techniques while learning how to maximize hip mobility and keep your spine safe. The slow-moving sequence includes Child’s Pose, Standing Forward Fold, Wide-Legged Forward Fold, Janu Sirsasana (Head-To-Knee Forward Fold), and other forward-bending variations. Please note: This class is for those returning to practice and does not support injury management. We suggest consulting with your doctor or physical therapist before practicing if necessary.
