This higher-level practice targets the core (rectus abdominals), hips, and quads with strength-building methods that bring stability and control where you need it most. You’ll move through Plank, Sphinx, High Lunge variations, Warrior III, Warrior II, Triangle, Side Angle, and Half Moon while exploring progressive techniques and end-range strength training.
