This class helps you build a strong foundation for your Pilates practice using only your bodyweight — no props needed, just you and your mat. Expect to move at a comfortable pace through controlled, low-impact exercises that increase (core) strength, stability, balance, and coordination. Highlights include a Bridge series, supine ab exercises, Leg Circles, oblique exercises, and outer-thigh exercises.
