This practice features controlled, low-impact exercises designed to improve core strength, posture, flexibility, and awareness — the foundation of Pilates. At a comfortable pace, you’ll move through seated ab work, supine ab work, Bridges, side-lying outer thigh and glute work, and stretches. The focus is on proper alignment, breath control, and mindful movement for a quintessential beginner Pilates class.
