You’ll honor the lunar and cyclical nature of menstruation as you flow through Anjaneyasana (Crescent), Ardha Hanumanasana (Half Splits), Parsvottanasana (Pyramid Pose), Prasarita Padottanasana (Wide-Legged Forward Fold), a Side Plank variation, and Pigeon.
