This class is designed to be accessible to a wide range of practitioners managing various injuries. You’ll gain a framework to start — or return to — your yoga practice while learning to listen to your body. Begin with a discussion covering principles for working with an injury in yoga, then move safely through a balanced, full-body sequence. Highlights include reclined leg and hip stretches, reclined twists, Down Dog, kneeling thoracic mobility work, standing shoulder stretches, and Bridge.
