Journey Through the Chakras

If you’ve always been curious to explore the chakras as a mystical path, consider this program the beginning of your journey. “Chakra,” meaning “wheel,” or “center,” refers to the energetic centers along our vertical axis that maps our intuitive path. While the word “chakra” is familiar to many, their value is only revealed through experience. With spiritual guidance, you can tap into the chakras as a potent way of harnessing and shifting your energy in the direction you want it to go. This 8-class program weaves lecture, Vinyasa, breathwork, and meditation, into a practice that fully integrates the 7-Chakra system—mind, body, and soul. Class length varies from 5-30 minutes per class.
