This Hatha practice gradually works down toward the mat and uses the breath to bring more stillness as you unwind to settle down for bedtime. Start standing, then explore fluid movements to release tension in your spine and shoulders. Move into Low Lunge, Squat, and supported Forward Folds before finishing with supported Reclined Twists, ready for a good night’s rest. This class previously aired on August 28, 2024.
