This Vinyasa practice brings active movement into your upper back, where stiffness and weakness can be common. Enjoy a mindful sequence of expansive postures that open your heart and increase physical awareness. Start in Child’s Pose, progress into Thread the Needle and Cobra variations, then explore Low Lunge with arm variations and Warrior II before finishing in Sphinx.
